please clarify about packet 3

Hi,
We got approved 140 recently.our lawyer applied for cp also when he iwas applying 140.Can any one tell when we will recieve packet 3 or our lawyer has to send any papers to inform that my 140 was approved.Please explain this whole procedure.

You attorney will get the P3

Your I-140 approval notice will be sent to NVC directly from INS office ( VSC, TSC etc ) and they will send the P3 to your attorney directly.You don’t need to fill out any thing now. You can call NVC at 6033340700 and check to see if they Received your case
