Hello,

Could anyone let me know if the following items are enough for N400 application? I am doing the packaging and final checking now and plan to submit in the weekend.

1) Check
2) 2 Photos
3) copy of GC (front and back)


My case is a straightforward case, based on 5 years green card which is then based on employment. No name change, no marriage change, nothing special.

Everything seems to be in order on your list. Ensure that you have attached photos that were recently taken and that they are as per the mentioned specifications. Make a copy of your citizenship application before sending it. Also check if you have signed it.

You should read the N-400 document check-list to see if there are any other items there that apply to your situation:

For the most straightforward 5-yr rule case, the documents you listed are basically enough.

However, depending on your age and gender, you may also have to provide (at least by the time of the interview) documentation regarding Selective Service registration.
