Currently i am working in USA under H1B visa. I have exactly 2 more years of validity. I have just talked to a lawyer and i will be starting the permanent residence/ green card process to Canada from next week.

Will i be able to get canadian permanent residency within 2 years before my H1B visa gets expired.

Please, can somebody guide me on this, it is very very important for me to get correct picture

Try for PNPs, they are faster.

Ask lawyer, to try in PNPs(state level application) not in Federal.

Ask lawyer, can he manage to get you 'Arranged Employment Letter'. which can make your application faster and waive interview also.

But guarantee concern, no idea.
 
My friend got it.
The sooner u apply , the better ur canadian PR application will be.
