If attorney is not satisfied with rfe details we provided, can he with draw GC petetion without employer consent. Can I change lawyer after rfe is issued, before rfe replied.

Please help.

Hi. No the attorney cannot withdraw your GC petition. By law if you paid him he is always supposed to work in your best interest. If you have a good relatiionship with your employer you should be safe. Yes you can change attorneys, but at this stage there is really nothing for an attorney to do, as your case is awaiting adjudication.
