I am really confused now.
I was in USA last summer on my Work&Travel program. Anyways, my J1 (two year rule doesnt aply) visa lasted till 9th October (plus grace month period = 9th November). So I left USA on 15th October which is just fine.
The problem is, while I was there, I left my job (listed on my DS2019 after two months - horrible experience
, and found another job in other state. I've just stopped coming to work, so I guess they fired me or something.
Was that, what u call "out of status" ?
I am worried cause I want to try to go to states again, and then try to stay.
Will they give me a hard time in embassy or even refuse to give me a tourist visa (or any visa for that matter) next time, due to my "bad background"
Please let me know, I am really worried
