Hi Gurus,

1. Came on banch in Sept.02.
2. Company paid salary for oct'02, Nov'02.
3. Nov02, i was asked to sign a leave letter and was not paid Dec 02 salary.
4. Got a project in Jan'03. And started getting salary again.

In nutshell, I did not get salary for Dec'02.

Should i be worried. What problems i can encounter. And what are the solutions for them ??

Any information will be highly appreciated.

You should be fine.... Not getting one month salary not a big deal....

If at all you get RFE... ( I wish You wont get It) regarding W2.... you can submit 2004, 2003...... if they ask even 2002, you can submit that too..... they wont ask Pay stubs for 2002.... so you should be fine.....

I seen Some people got RFE saying recent pay stubs..... in that case you can provide those.... not to worry too much about 2002 pay stub.... be cool
