when you filing a family based aplication which is going to be send to the address they give you on the instructions of the form, (chicago)
on form l-130, at the end they ask you

... applicant is inside the US will be filing on immigration center at -------


should you use Chicago , Il, or NBC

I was prepering and went to lawer. He said to put there my local office. Just to make sure I called 18003755283 and reresentative told me the same.Just gave her my zip # and she found name in computer. Good luck
