It's me again. :D:D I've won the DV lottery with my spouse. But now she don't want to come along with me there. Please answer me. Today I got the 2nd NL. Should I divorce with her or Should I tell counsular about this.

it depends on where you come from, as long as you prove to the consular officer that there is no fraud involved you should be ok.

Should I divorce with her or Should I tell counsular about this.
This is not a green card question, but a marriage/relationship question.
Is going to the US more important to you than your wife?
In that case, yes, divorce here and tell the consulate.
If not, tell the consulate that your are abandoning your application, so that one of the wait-listed can take your place.

Uh, I don't necessarily think the internet is the right place to be asking if you should divorce your wife. You're the principal applicant, so whether you divorce her or not, there's not really a problem in the eyes of the consulate (however, if you do stay married they will probably ask you why your wife is not present at the interview, but this is in no way reason to disqualify you if you truthfully answer that question).

Emigrating is something you decide as a team. If one party does not want to go through with it, ask yourself if this marriage really has any viability and which is more important to you. Also, think about the repercussions if you do not go. This could work out to be an obstacle for the rest of your marriage because she will be the reason you may never move to the US. Reason I say, not fault, 'cause it's her every right to stay right where she's at.
