Hi, one of my friend\'s company has recently laid off about 200 employees which is bankrupt for about 6 months// He is an employee of this company.. His H1 is valid another 2 years but he has to renew it.. My question is will INS deny H1 renewel because the company is bankrupt and has laid off some of the employees.. please answer !! thanks
