I will complete my 3 yrs of Canadain Residency next yr in June and I live in Vancouver.
My questions are following:
Can I apply for Canadian Citizen in Jan2002? How long will it take to get citizenship?
After I get my citizenship can I live and work in USA easily . I am an IT professional.
My wife is a Geen Card holder. Can she sponsor me for GC while I am in Canada?
Also when I go to USA next yr can she sponsor me through marriage while I work on H1b or TN visa? In that case can I also work on contract as I don\'t have to worry about switching jobs as I am not going to get my GC through employment?
Please Ans my questions if you can
