I much appreciate if any one can help me clarify that:
I just received my I-140 Approval Notice as an EB1-EA and am going to file I-485. However, I will lose my job very soon due to funding cut, and at this moment would like to know what would happen if I change to be a graduate student (no job) after filing I-485. Being a student, will it hurt my I-485 in the future ?
