Please advise!

I and my spouse both were on H1 and both had I140 approved.
I joined my spouse as a dependent in I485.
I have my EAD and Advance parole.
I have lost my job now.

I am aware that I donot need to apply for H4.
But can INS generate an employment RFE for me ??
If so how do I take care of it in case I donot get another job in my own field of work???

If you are on 485 as a derivative adjustment to your wife and your EAD is from your that application then you do't have to worry about employment RFE just make sure she keeps her job safely. You can do any job u want. But if you have filed your 485 on your approved 140 and have have EAD from that application then u might get a RFE and need to have same kind of job to use AC21 for ur GC.
