am currently working for company A, and labor has been applied in RIR for me from company A.
I want to join another company B and H1 has been filed for me from company B.
Company A wants to continue with the GC process. Will the GC be approved from company A even if I join/work for company B.
What kind of problems may arise. What kind of questions will be asked by INS or DOL.
I\'ll appreciate any advice on this topic. Thank you.

need attorney

Once you quit company A prior to receiving your GC, you are no longer eligible to receive the GC.

If you are H1B with Company A and wish to use "portability" to move to Company B, consult an immigration attorney.
