Hi,
I am ready to file N-400. I am filing based on 3 year rule. I have couple concerns do to criminal section of the form. I was arrested in 2002 for FVPA assault and trespassing. FVPA charge was dropped and I paid $100.00 fine for the trespass offence and matter was over. I reported this arrest on my GC application and IO asked me on the interview, I showed them court disposition and I got my green card without any problems. I also have couple speeding tickets that were paid. Speeding tickets were for going 10-12 miles over the limit.
My questions are: With this history do I even stand a chance being approved for the citizenship?
If anybody had or heard of similar experience, input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

I don't see any reason for your application to be rejected. You were arrested/got tickets and you paid your dues. As long as you have the documentation to prove it, you should be good to go! Good luck and see you on the other side :)

Thanks.
My concern are that many people on this site had alot more problems with citizenship then with GC background checks. Is it stricter criteria or something else?

Yes, it is stricter for citizenship as it is very hard to revoke your citizenship once granted, unlike your green card. So USCIS is extra careful. Again you have paid your dues. If you have the documentation to prove it, you will be fine.
