My case details are:
PD: 9/98
RD: 2/00
FP: 3/01

Since May 01\', INS has been telling me that since they did not receive my FP into their system, they would be sending me a notice(in 3 weeks) to do my FP again. I have been waiting for it and so far nothing yet.
Is there a possibility that I can do the FP again without this notice but just by explaining this situation to the officers in Newark office? and also producing my previous FP notice along with the proof that I did it on March 2001. I also know that even the FBI had never received it in the first place.

I was FPed in ...

I was FPed in Dec 16,2000.
Early this month when I called INS, they said that my FP was inputed in the system in June/2001
even though early this year, FBI confirmed that they had sent the papers to INS
 
FBI said

In my case, FBI told me that they had never received my FP. I wonder why........is there any number at the Newark office where we did the FP so that I could call and ask??
