This is Sravin.I regularly browse this website for Immigration related
matters.Right now I am confused and concerned of my 2 Issues,so that's
the reason I am writing this post.They are
1.I am working here on H1b visa and been working here from past 2
yrs.One of my friend is asking me to switch to his consulting firm as he
have a labor substitution and he can use that labor for me(mean while he
said he will findout If I am eligible).Few days back I came to know that
even If I am eligible and got the labor,I can't apply for I-140 in
premium process,Is it true??If I apply I-140 in normal process how long its
going to take for approval.Is it a good idea to switch to his firm and
take the old labor or stay with my present company and apply for a new
labor.
2nd Issue is I came here 3 and half yrs back on student visa and
changed to H1 status without finishing the masters.Now I am planning to go to
India for my marriage.Before going to India,I have to go for multiple
visa stamping but only thing I am worried is,I was told if the visa is
refused,I can't come back here and I have to go back to India from that
place itself.I have to go to India as my marriage is confirmed and
right now I can't able to think what to do.I've noticed many Immigration
related questions are being answered here so could you please reply me
back like what would be my options are and the best thing to do.You can
