Hello all
I will highly appreciate your answers and replays
Concerning my case I am a landed immigrant in Canada since February 25, 2003 and I’ve been living in Canada for around four years.
Now I am thinking seriously of applying for the citizenship, and I lived in Canada for more than the required number of days which is (1095 days).and I pay taxes since I have a small business (free lance online consultant) for a company outside Canada(I work from home).

I live with my brother(his house) and all utilities in his name and i don't have that much of supporting documents.

I realy don't know how to prove that period of residency in Canada in case I am requested to??

Warm regards,
eliana

-- If you have lived in Canada, then they will find it out and in those cases, they do not ask for any supporting documents. But if they do, you should be able to show them your credit card statements and health care records. These are the things every person uses in his/her own name and you should have those as a proof of your cdn residency.

how could they find out that? I hope they can do to avoid suffering from collecting supporting documents.

You have nothing to worry about if you have satisfied the physical presence test. They have their own ways to find it out...

Good luck!
