When I applied for labor, I applied as a skilled worker. Along the course of the application, INS did not accepted because my sponsor was a small pizza place and no skills were needed. Now I did AC21 and changed to a larger Co. Therefore, I had to change to unskilled, which we all know will take longer. My question is; does anyone know if there is any tricks that I can use to put myself under Skilled category again?? My lawyer is a moron and I cannot count on him.

Thank you guys

Are your labor and I-140 approved? AC-21 can be applied only if I-485 is pending for > 180 days AND I-140 is approved

Then consider changing your lawyer
