Hi,
My I-140/NIW was approved at the end of June and I'm still on H1-B.
However, in August, I will have a new H1-B through a new employer, exact same area of work, exact same boss but only organization name will change, hence new H1-B. Since my boss has dual appointment in both organizations.
1) Will this employer/H1-B change affect my approved I-140? Is it too soon after approval to have a change in H1-B employer?
2) Do I have to inform USCIS about this change? I have pending AOS.
3) Now that I have approved I-140 thru NIW, can I also apply for EB-1A I-140 to speed up my I-485? Will doing that annul my NIW approved I-140? Will I have to file a new I-485?
