I have been in and out of the country with a B1/B2 Multiple Visa but with " NO AOS/COS/EOS " notation this time; Grandfathered by 245i too since with pending F1 petition by my US Citizen father. I am 2 mos. away (but hasn't move for 6 mos.) on my priority date and would like to stay in U.S. until I get my number. What are the options of getting my immigrant visa here if I pay the fine and does the notation on my B2 has any bearing if I do that? Thnx
