i was on H1 and company sponsored me for GC and i got GC in feb 2005.
i got married while my I485 was in process.
My wife came to US on H4 and i filled I 485 for her too.
Now her interview is scheduled next month in NY Office for GC.
1.I need to know what documents should we bring to interview.
2. My tax returns were too low for past 2 years( not sufficient for 3). we have a baby too.
3. I am no longer working with my sponsored company.
