My current status is I have filed for my I-485 in Dec 10 1999.
     I got my EAD and AP in Jan 2000. But I haven\'t used them.
     My H1-B expires on the 29th Nov 2000.
     My EAD is valid till Jan 15 2001
     1) Do I still need to file for H1-B Extension ?
     2) Do I need to renew my EAD , even though I haven\'t used it ?
     3) If I need to use my EAD what do I need to do ?
     4) I\'m single right now , If I use my EAD and then can I go to India to get married , will my wife have any problems entering into the country ?

Gautam, you have some really serious issues at hand ... getting married in India, etc. I\'d strongly suggest consulting with some attorney (such as rajiv khanna, sheela murthy or your own), since such issues might be specific to your case.
