My H1 B expired (May,04) and I have AP (valid up to April,05).
I'm planning to travel outside the US next month for one month trip.
Recently INS issued RFE for my I-485.
INS received my RFE response on 11/01/04. Is it safe to travel during this time?

Had a similar situation and I went to Inida for 1 month 3 months ago. I didn't get into any problems
