I am sorry to post a non I 485 issue here. I would like to apply Visitor Visa for my in-laws at the Chennai Consulate. Can anyone who had got the visa successfully recently tell me the required documents from my side and their side. They both are over 60 years.

Even though there are lot of postings in this issue, I wish to know the latest requirements. Please advise.

Entire copy of passport,
copy of latest pay stub.
EAD copy
Copy of I 485 Receipt.
Copy of Last year Tax returns.
I-134 form ( Notarized ).
Affidavit of support ( A plain letter
from you to consulate requesting
for VISA).
Copy of Recent Bank statement.
Copy of most recent W2 form.

Please notarize the form I-134, attach all documents mentioned above and mail it to the person whom you want to sponsor. He/She must take all the above documents and approach the U.S. Consulate in their city of jurisdiction. they will have fillup DS-156 form , cheques for visa fees and application processing fees.
