Please advise - RFE not yet received by Vermont center

My attorney had mailed the response to my rfe to Vermont service center more than three weeks ago, however the USCIS website still displays the old message stating that an rfe was issued on June 1st.

I contacted the local congressman office and they told me that the USCIS has no record of receiving any response to my rfe and it should not take three weeks to update the website , once the rfe has been received by the USCIS.

I would like to know if anyone is in the same position and that what steps should I take to resolve this issue
 
i have sent them my rfe back in april and it did not update , so beginning of june i have send them and expedite request by fax and advice them about the RFE and it got updated the same day
