Please advise RD oct26th Is there any problem to travel

Hi
I am on derivative status,applied for I485 on oct26th 2001.
I came here to US on H4 and converted to H1 ...so i dont have have multiple on H1 or Visa on my passport.(I have visa on passport which is H4 and also it is expired)
Right now i am working with same employer who holds my H1 and did not use my EAD anywhere.And also i have finished my project three weeks back and i will not get pay from that time.
Now my plan is to travel to india in Novenber(Just Due for I485 approval) . I have valid advance parole.
My worry is that will it be ok if i travel to india.
Please any one suggest on this...thanks

As long as you have a valid AP, it should not be an issue. Make sure that you take a recently dated Letter of employment stating the company's desire of keeping you employed after your arrival. Pay stubs would help, so try and work something out with your employer to get some stubs for October / November.
Talk to your lawyer or even an IIO to get a more legal opinion. Obviously, you won't mention the no pay period to the IIO.
