Hi ,
My GC was applied using a pre approved labour in Oct-2004 concurrently and the I-140 approved in May-2005.Now since I-485 is pending for more than 180 days , can i change my employer? I am not sure what was the skills mentioned in the labour.My employer only told me that i should have been a Systems Analyst for 1 year before 2000.Which i was and there was no problem for giving me the labour.Till now everything is fine.But i work in SAP currently for my employer.
If i need to go for another prosperous opportunity(there are a lot now in my field) what are the problems?Since i dont know what skills are mentiond in the labour how can any other employer support me in case there is a query during 485 processing?
