I filed I140 in the category of NIW (EB2) last September and got RFE letter last month. I am in the process of preparing all the requested documents, but I have a hard time in dealing with the following request.
Eligibility for the requested waiver entails demonstration that the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required. You must demonstrate that it would be contrary to the national interest to potentially deprive employer of your services by making available to US workers the position you seek.
What kind of supporting documents should I offer for this? How should I write in the response letter?
