I'm still waiting for LC . Filed from NJ 2002 sep. WELL, My H1 b is completing its 6th year on oct.2005. My lawer says get my 7th extension by next month. This is well and good. But my employer is not willing to pay extension fee , I think this is about now $2500. What do I do?. Complain this matter to INS or whom?. It's worth to pay and get the extension or fight for my right?
