Please Advise me--- Urgent

I have the following situation and i am going to apply I-485 next week.
My I-140 is been pending from last 4 months .

In 2000 november i left my employer "ABC" and left to India.
before going to India i have applied for my H1B transfer to "XYZ" company.
I got my H1B from employer XYZ in Feb 2001 when i was in India.
I came back to US in April 2001 and showed XYZ H1B approval and got my I-94.
but i had my Visa stamping from ABC in my passport was valid till feb 2002 .

when i applied my I-140 , Employer ABC gave my experience till Jan 2001 instead of till Nov 2000 but at that time I was in India.i didnt paid much attension and i have already applied for I-140.And also i have showed experience from employer XYZ from Feb 2001.but i was in India from November 2000 to April 2001 in India.

Now i am applying for 485 would this create any confusion?
Please advise me how to handle this situation when applying for 485.

and also do i need to send copies of all my I-94's(previous and current)) with 485 ?
I dont have my previous I-94 copies.

I appreciate your help.

There is no need to be concerned in your case. You can always say that you went on vacation during that time. As far as your experience letter doesnot have any discrepancies, you would be fine. USCIS doesn't compare I94s.

Make sure you justify your experience letters with the H1/stamping. Also prepare to present your case if you are called for an interview (very remote chance of getting an interview). Also I wud suggest make your lawyer aware of this facts.

One more question,do i need to send all my previous I-94 copies with I-485 as i don't have copies of my previous I-94's.

You don't need to send previous i 94. please attach
recent one you have after recent india visit.

When i filed i 485, i did the same after 1 yr vacation in india.
