Please advise !!! Leaving the sponsoring employer.....

Hi,
Please advise on how long I should stay with my current employer after GC approval. I assume that there should not any problem in leaving my current employer any time as I have already completed 180 days from my RD and as per AC21 I should be able to change the job.
Please share your views as well.

no it is not advisable to leave the employer after gc approval

the ac21 law covers cases who have not been adjudicated and

are above 180 days from receipt date and

are changing their jobs with same or similar job description

AC21 does not cover change of job after gc approval

The old method of "Do not change jobs after gc approval untill 6-12 months" still applies
