Please advise if there is a likelihood of my and family's case getting assigned to an officer before we go out of country for vacation:

ND: 9/28
FP: 4/23
AP:10/28
EAD:11/07
Flying Out: 8/19
Me Back: 9/9
Family Back:10/17
I don't care if there is an RFE or more acceptable if case gets approved. Should I renew EAD and AP?
