Please advise - EAD renewal case

Hi,

I applied for my 2nd EAD (and got it) in March 2003, when I was still living in MA. Since then I have moved to Chicago. Here's my dilemma. Very soon, I guess I have to apply for my 3rd EAD. This time around, do I apply to VSC or to NSC? Learned and informed ones, please let me know.

My AOS Details:
RD: 11/14/01
FP1: 2/13/02
RFE1: 6/5/03 (received by BCIS)
FP2: 7/30/03

FYI: As of now, my AOS case is still with VSC.

If you read the instructions for EAD, it says you should apply for your EAD in the Service Center, where your AOS is pending.
