Hi,
My niece is planning to marry a boy who has applied for green card through his parents. (priority date May97, F2B queue). His parents have an interview next month for naturalization. After they are citizens, will they be able to sponsor for my niece as well if she gets married to their son after that. Will they be able to maintain the priority date of May 97 & will they be moved to EB1 queue. Will both of them get the green card at the same time? Please advise soon as the decision of marriage will have to be based on whether the girl will be able to come to US with the guy.
