Can anybody tell how I long it takes for plastic cards from the day of
stamping...I filed in vermont centre but did stamping and staying in san francisco.?????

My experience for stamping passport:--
  Its was done in just half an hour.
  I went in the morning at 7 am.They just took the I-94 and stamped my passport.

Was your case approved by VSC or was it transferred to the San Francisco Office for adjudication? Did you notify VSC about address change before the approval?
