Sorry to bother you all….

I understand this thing was discussed several times in the forum. But I still have one question.

I have received Packet-3. I am a current resident (landed immigrant) of Canada, work and live in Canada. Citizen of India. National Interest Waiver-Montreal Consular Processing.

Questions:

1. Can I get a Name and DOB checks Police Clearance Certificate (RCMP) and then send my Packet 3 to NVC? OR Do I need a (RCMP) Finger Print Clearance? (That takes about 150 days).

2. If can use a Name and DOB check PCC, then how to get it?

3. I resided in India till 1997; do I need a PCC from Indian Consulate?

4. My wife is a dependent on the petition? Do I need to fill out an affidavit of support for her?

Please advice. Thank you so much in advance
