Please Advice

Hello Guys,

My wife and I are currently under AOS pending status. I dont have Advance Parole.

We were wondering if we could go on a cruise to Mexico.

Will I need AP for this ?

I dont have a H1B stamped in my passporrt and neiter does my wife. I came to USA as a student on F1 and that has long expired since I changed to H1B here about 3 years ago and never went back home to get H1B stamped into my passport.

You will need either AP or a valid visa to re-enter.

if you have a valid H-1, you can use it else you will need AP.
