I am in a weird situation. I am in my 7th yr extension, applied for i140, and got rejected due to companies tax returns. I know a company who is offering me a labour substitute, and promising me EAD before my 7th year completes. Can someone plz advice me if it is a good idea to take that offer, or which would be a best option for me.
