I am confused please help me

All gurus . Please advice.

I am sorry. The message came as a new thread.
Here is my information.
Received EAD card. one week later received RFE on same WAC number asking for I-140. My lawyer responded by saying that EAD is already approved and did not attach copy of I-140.

When checked with BCIS I got different versions from two different officers. What should i do. The RFE says that ....ALL information requested should be sent one time, otherwise application can be denied. I am scared to send the copy of I-140 now. What should i do. Is going to Laguna niguel office is of any help.

Please advice.

If you are scared, just send in the required info and photocopy of EAD saying it has been approved already. If there is nothing wrong with your 140, they will just move on to other things.

As "niladri30" suggested, if you are worried, send I-140 copy, EAD approval copy and copy of your RFE notice (don't miss this, possibily make that copy on a blue paper like original one) with a cover letter explaning that when you talked to an IIO you are asked to send all the info again so responding with all info and keep postal/tracking receipts.

Most probably they will simply ignore all the info but you don't need to worry about it any more.
