Hi Guys,
I am sorry for posting this non immigration issue question here but some how its related to my I 485. I got laid off after 180 days
got one offer from a company but salary was less than what was specified on labor, now I g ot another offer having the same job reponsibilities and salary also matching with the one specified on labor but this new job is contract to hire position of 3-4 months. I am in delimma what I have to do join this new company or to join the other company which is paying less then labor. I am worried about what will happen if company will not hire me after 4 months, my RD is 19th Feb 2002, whether my I485 will be picked in this time frame.
