I would greatly appreciate your advice on my situation.
I got green card in september 2007 through employment. Got married in October 2007. Applied for wife under family based catagory in Nov 2007.
Wife staying in my home country. We have a newborn baby who was born in June 2009.
1) What are the procedures to add my baby's name with her mother's I-130 application and what are the documents needed to submit? Or do I have to apply for my baby seperately?
2) Do I need to add baby's name on her mother's passport or have to have seperate passport?
