Hi,

I am here in H1 and getting married to GC holder in January.

My fiancee is on GC and completing her 4 yrs nd 9 months period in Feb-07. She had been in US for all this time period. So she will be eligible to apply for citizenship in Feb-07.

When can I apply for my immigration as spouse of USC? As soon as she applies for naturalization (i.e. Feb-07) or once she gets her passport (which will take approx 7-9 months).

You can apply for AOS once your fiancee receives her naturalization certificate. And of coz you two need to be married.

It depends on when your fiancee's application got approved (based on where your fiancee's DO is, whether her interview goes smoothly, whether she is stuck in FBI name check...). This can take from approx. 4 months to years...
