I am planning to go on vaccation to my country.

Please suggest which option will be good to go with.

I have I 140 approved and I 485 pending. I have H1 B Visa (renewal ) after I got renewed I have not left US.

On this situation will it be good to Use Advance Parole or H1 Visa to come back.

Also what happens if I 94 slip is lost. Do they ask for it to leave US ? Is it important to give at airport before leaving US

I think it should be OK to use the Advance Parole.

As to I94, yes, they will ask for it when you leave US.
