My I-485 got approved on april 28, my company wants to lay me off now immediately(they were only waiting for my I-485 approval).

Can I get employment benefits now and can it affect me later for citizenship if I take it now?

Please advice...

Unemployment benefits is not as easy as it sounds and not significant.

You might want not want to utilize it now, if you think it will create issues later.
