Hello Gurus,

I filed my Labor Certification in May 2007, most probably I'll get it approved in November 2007.

Recently I read about Labor Certificate Rule (180 days Validity)........From July 16th 2007, the Labor Certificate will be valid only for 180 days...now my question is:

- Once my labor approved, with the new rule, my LC be valid for another 180 days? Can I file my (I-140/I-485)together?


Your guidance will allow me to follow the right path.
