I applied for my RIR in NYC in Feb, there were some problems at Sesa due to layoffs in my company. However my manager made a suitable reply and about 3 weeks ago the company lawyer informed me that the case had been forwarded to regional. Since then there has been no info (even in the auotmated emails), my case hasnot been assigned any case number. Two other cases from my company were forwarded and cleared in the past 2 weeks. What should I do, the lawyer says we just have to wait and see. I have only 2 months left on my 6 years expiry. Please help
