Please advice what should I do???? ND - 11/99 still at pending

I called VSC two weeks back and I was told my case would be looked in two months from the finger printing. I had my FP done on 3/1/01, and my case should have been to officer by now.

But today when called UP VSC I got shocking response that my case is still pending and it might take another 90 days. I am so depressed with the response. Also IIO told me they are processing cases up to Apr. When I asked her why I am left out, she told each case is different.

Please post anyone with ND 11/99 or before not yet approved/assigned. It sounds like I am left out alone to suffer this torture? Is there something can be done to speedup??

Don\'t worry much....
We all know that what VSC says is different from what it does. It might happen that you may receive the approval notice next week even though thay say that it is still not being handled.
Patience is the best medicine when applying for GC.

Mine: ND 10/99, PD, 4/98. FP 3/01. no any news.
Called INS one month ago, I was told that in one month, I could get result.
Now One month is over, called them again, they said the same as they told me
one month ago

EB2 RIR PD: 10/98, RD: 11/3/99 ND: 11/8/99 FP 3/8/01 Replied all RFE\'s and now waiting. Haven\'t called IIO, because AVM has not updated of my last RFE submission. If I call IIO now, we all know what they will say. So I am waiting....

Did the officer say your case is with an officer a month ago? I am just curious based on what did they ask you to wait for a month. thanks.
