Hi gurus,
My friend is a US citizen and he wants to bring/sponser his mother,age is 75 years,currently living in India,to the US.But,her monther has legally adopted a boy a couple of years ago and she insists to bring that boy also to the US,he is below 18 years.
Can anyone please advice is there any immigration law that allows that boy to become a US citizen and enter US along with his monther.
Any advice is highly appreciated.
