Can you please give some advice:
I applied my Green card in OHIO(NSC center) and moved to TEXAS
MY GREEN Card has been approved and I have my approval notice with me forwarded by my friend from OHIO
1)Can I get my Passport stamped in Texas OR I need to go to OHIO for stamping
2)If I go to OH for stamping and if I tell change of address at that time, will it create any problem
OR
3) Do I need to get my passport stamped in OH with old OH address and then after few days file AR-11 so that I can get plastic card in Texas
What option should I follow?
