Please Advice : Should I do I-485 instead of CP?

Here are the case details :-
Employer : A well known company and revenues in range of US$ 1 Billion. No issues with Paycheck, Salary, Layoffs, Capacity to pay salary in future, Very clean record with Immigration system etc.

Nationality : India.
H1B Details : 8 th year extension.
Labor Certification : EB2 RIR and is approved from Texas BEC.
I-140 : Approved from Texas BEC . USed Premium Processing.

PD : OCT 2002. (It is Current. For India, EB2 Category , it's May 8 th, 2003)

Current Status for Processing of Employment based I-485 at Texas Center : SEPT 13, 2006 (Receipt Notice Date)

Status at Local District Office Processing Center in Boston:-
I-485 : Sept 13,2006 (Application to REgister Permanent Residence)
I-765 : DEC, 27 2006 (Application for Employment Authorization)
I-131 : Dec 13, 2006 (application for Travel Documents)

Please advise on following:

Considering the PD and Dates at Teaxs Center and Local district Office, should I opt for I-485 or CP ?

How long will it take to receive EAD, Advanced Parole If application will be made before end of March 2007?

What may be the general time lines for each step (Receipt of application, Finger Printing, FBI Name Check, Issue of Card) to get completed ?

Any time framme expected to complete the whole process and receive the cards ?

I know this forum is full of much desired talent and the experience.

Any help is gretaly appreciated.

It depends on how much you are in urgent need of getting it done. The CP is almost always faster than the AOS.
